Ingredients
-
1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
-
1 cup all-purpose flour
-
2 tbsp Blues Hog High Flying Chicken Seasoning
-
1 cup of milk (or dairy-free alternative)
-
1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs
-
Olive oil spray (optional, for crispiness)

½ cup Blues Hog Buffalo Garlic Parm Sauce
Directions
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees °F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease.
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, High Flyin Chicken Seasoning, and milk until smooth.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, then roll into the panko breadcrumbs. Arrange on the baking sheet. For extra crispiness, lightly spray with olive oil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
In a large bowl, toss baked cauliflower bites in the Buffalo Garlic Parm Sauce until coated thoroughly.
Serve immediately with ranch and enjoy! We served with Blues Hog Jalapeño Lime Ranch, Buffalo Ranch, and Dilly Ranch.
