Brisket Stuffing? Best Thanksgiving side ever! The perfect crossover of classic Thanksgiving goodness and BBQ flavor featuring our award winning Honey Mustard.
Ingredients
-
1 Loaf (about 1 lb) of day old bread, cut into 1 inch cubes
-
2 cups Blues Hog Wagyu Chopped Brisket
-
1 tsp Bold & Beefy Seasoning
-
1 stick (½ cup) Unsalted Butter
-
1 large White Onion, finely chopped
-
3 Celery Stalks, minced
-
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
-
2 tsp High Flyin Chicken Seasoning
-
2 - 2 ½ cups Beef Broth (depending on desired moisture)
-
3 tbsp Blues Hog Honey Mustard
-
Sage & Thyme, finely chopped (optional)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Toast the bread: Spread the cubed bread on a sheet pan and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, until just slightly crisp.
Sauté veggies: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add onion and celery, cooking until softened (5–7 minutes). Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
Add brisket: Stir in the chopped brisket and let it warm through, about 2–3 minutes. Sprinkle with Bold & Beefy.
Combine: In a large bowl, toss the toasted bread cubes with the brisket mixture. Pour in broth gradually while stirring until the bread is moist but not soggy. Mix in the honey mustard + High Flyin Chicken seasoning.
Bake: Transfer to the prepared baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15–20 minutes, until golden brown on top.
Serve warm & enjoy!
