1 package Blues Hog Shredded Chicken
1/3 cup Blues Hog Smokey Mountain Sauce (adjust to taste)
1 roasted Red Pepper, sliced
1 cup Lettuce (iceberg)
1 tbsp Butter (for toasting bagels)
Mayo
Pickles
Red Onion, sliced
