Ingredients

1/2 to 3/4 cup Blues Hog Chopped Brisket (warmed)

2–3 tbsp. Blues Hog Smokey Mountain BBQ Sauce (more to taste)

1 Sandwich Bun (Brioche, Potato, or Toasted Hamburger Bun)
Optional Toppings

Pickles (classic or spicy)

Crispy Onions or Slaw (adds crunch)

Cheese (optional, sharp cheddar or pepper jack)

More Sauce (always welcome)
Directions
Warm the Brisket
In a small skillet over medium heat, warm the chopped brisket until hot (2–3 minutes)
Stir in extra Blues Hog Smokey Mountain BBQ Sauce and let it simmer for 1–2 minutes so the brisket soaks up the flavor and gets glossy
Toast the Bun
Lightly butter the inside of the bun and toast it in a skillet or on a griddle until golden brown
Assemble the Sandwich
Pile the saucy brisket high on the bottom bun
Add your preferred toppings — pickles, crispy onions, cheese, or slaw
Drizzle with a little extra sauce if desired
Top with the other half of the bun
Serve Hot
Plate it up with chips, fries, or coleslaw on the side
