Saw this rub had one review and had to say how much I love it. I have used it on brisket snd its excellent but if i am being honest, my favorite thing is to use it on steak. From flap steak to 3” thick tomahawk Steaks this rub does not get any better. Perfect balance of savory with a hint if sweet. I plow through this stuff and it is a crowd pleaser. My wofe does not like savory and sweet when the sweet is too dominant. This rub is perfect and we could literally cook with it every day.
I thought I would try this on brisket since I've been making my own brisket rub. I'll stick with my own blend. Not really bold enough for me.
