Great for brisket or burgers
This is my go to rib on my comp brisket. It is a must have in your toolbox if you want to be walking that stage at awards. These spices and sauces have propelled me to being in the winning circle 9 weeks in a row. I won’t change a thing.

I absolutely love this rub. I have used it on brisket snd its excellent, but if i am being honest, my favorite thing is to use it on steak. From flap steak to 3” thick tomahawk Steaks this rub does not get any better. Perfect balance of savory with a hint if sweet. I plow through this stuff and it is a crowd pleaser. My wife does not like savory and sweet when the sweet is too dominant but this does the trick. This rub is perfect and we could literally cook with it every day.
I have been very pleased with all the Blues Hog products I have used. No need to make my own rubs/sauces etc when these are much better than what I can make!
