World Champion Pulled Pork Sliders
World Champion Pork Slider and Tennessee Red Coleslaw


    Tennessee Red Coleslaw


      1. Mix dry marinade and water. Using a flavor injector, generously inject the pork with your marinade mixture.
      2. Heavily coat pork in Sweet & Savory Seasoning.
      3. Smoke pork at 300º. The pork should be done once it reaches an internal temperature of 210º. Halfway through cooking, wrap in foil, cover with a cup of Tennessee Red, and return to the smoker.
      4. Remove from heat and let rest in foil for another 30 mins to an hour.
      5. Using hands, forks, or tongs, pull the pork apart.
      6. In a bowl, combine Coleslaw Mix with 1/3 cup Tennessee Red Barbecue Sauce, 1 Tsp Sweet & Savory Seasoning, and 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise.
      7. Load up your sliders with a spoon-full of pulled pork, extra barbecue sauce, and a spoonful of Tennessee Red Slaw.
