- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 can chili beans
- 3 cans (6.5 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 ½ tsp chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Blues Hog Bold and Beefy Seasoning
In a large skillet, brown the beef on a medium high heat and drain the grease. Stir together ingredients into a large pot. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat, stirring intermittently until you are happy with it.
Topping Suggestions: shredded cheese, chopped onion, chopped cilantro, crumbled bacon, sour cream, chopped tomato, chopped avocado, or crushed corn chips.
