- 4 Large Flour Tortillas
- 1 can Pizza Sauce
- ¼ tsp Blues Hog Bold and Beefy Seasoning
- 1 ½ C Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- ¾ C Mini Pepperoni
Set your grill temperature at 400°- 450°.
In a small bowl, mix Bold and Beefy Seasoning into your pizza sauce.
Using the sharp edge of the pizza sauce can, cut 4 rounds from each tortilla.
Put pizza sauce on each tortilla round. Top each pizza with mozzarella cheese and mini pepperonis (or your favorite pizza toppings).
Cook for 10-12 minutes , or until the cheese is bubbly. Remove and let cool.
