- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp granulated garlic or garlic powder
- ¼ tbsp Blues Hog Bold and Beefy Seasoning or to taste
- ½ cup fresh grated romano cheese
Bold & Beefy Vinaigrette Dressing
- ½ cup Extra virgin Olive oil
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- ¼ tbsp Blues Hog Bold and Beefy or to taste
In a small bowl, wisk all together ingredients together.
Wash head of lettuce and thoroughly dry. Split lengthwise and remove outer leaves. Brush with oil then season with garlic and Bold & Beefy Seasoning.
Grill on each side until lightly browned. Remove from heat and top with Bold & Beefy Vinaigrette and romano cheese.
