Double Cheese Burger

Form ground beef into patties. Heat grill. Season one side of the patty with Blues Hog Bold & Beefy Seasoning and place it on the grill seasoned side down. Before you flip the burger, season the other side. Grill to medium with an internal temperature of 140 (about 6-7 mins). While the burgers are on the grill, melt slices of cheese on the burger. Butter and toast buns  

Tip: Cover with aluminum pan to make cheese melt faster, if needed.

Stack two burgers on your bun and top with bacon, tomato, lettuce, and your choice of toppings.
