

INGREDIENTS:
- Ribeye Steak
- Blues Hog Beef Marinade
- Blues Hog Bold & Beefy Seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS:
Sprinkle Blues Hog Beef Marinade the night before cooking. Rub with Blues Hog Bold and Beefy Seasoning 30 mins before cooking. Heat grill to 500º F. For a medium rare steak, grill on 3 mins per side. Move to the side of grill out of direct heat and finish cooking until the internal temperature reaches 125º F. Remove and let rest for 10 mins.
