- Chicken halves, quarter, or pieces
- Blues Hog Bold & Beefy Seasoning
- Blues Hog Sweet & Savory Seasoning
- The Blues Hog sauce of your choice
- Coat the chicken with both Blues Hog Bold and Beefy Seasoning and Sweet and Savory Seasoning.
- Place on the grill and cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165º.
- Remove and glaze with your favorite Blues Hog Barbecue Sauce.
- Return to the grill until your chicken reaches an internal temperature of 170º and the glaze or sauce is tacky.
- Remove and let rest until you are ready to serve.
