Whole Chickens



      1. Coat the chicken with both Blues Hog Bold and Beefy Seasoning and Sweet and Savory Seasoning.
      2. Place on the grill and cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165º.
      3. Remove and glaze with your favorite Blues Hog Barbecue Sauce.
      4. Return to the grill until your chicken reaches an internal temperature of 170º and the glaze or sauce is tacky.
      5. Remove and let rest until you are ready to serve.
